No. Jane Envy sells wholesale, to the trade only. All wholesale accounts must be approved before website access is granted.
All sales are Final. Any discrepancies in shipment quantity, items shipped, unit prices, and/or defective merchandise shall be reported within 10 days of the invoice date. Returns reported after 10 days will not be accepted.
Before returning merchandise, you must either call (210-314-4730) or email (sales@JaneEnvy.com) Customer Service to obtain an RA #. RA #'s are issued at the sole discretion of Jane Envy, LLC.
The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Packages sent without an RA# will be rejected by our Shipping Department.
All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, and in it's original packaging. Special Order Items, jewelry that shows signs of wear, and items that have been altered are not eligible for return.
If merchandise is defective, we will gladly replace the merchandise or issue a credit to your account if the item is no longer available.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
